November First!!

It's about time I wrote again! Last month was the usual busy, but November is sure to be ultra-crazy. I am taking two tests, called TECEP's in the month of November, plus finishing up two courses by the 19th. All this while also trying to get senior pictures taken (which are overdue, I know) and other regular teenager stuff. It is really weird to be having my high school graduation after I earn my B.A. in Communications.
I have been researching News Reporting for two classes, and I am more up-to-date on recent news then I have ever been. The news that a retail store in Millersburg, 55 West is closing greatly saddened me, though I knew it was coming for quite some time. My sister used to work there, and I have been there many times myself. It was inevitable, though, with the failing health of the owner.
In school this week I am planning to take a test Friday; the News Reporting and Writing TECEP. This test takes 3 hours, and involves LOTS of writing. My studying has been insufficient, so I should probably go back to work.
The good news is, I found out I passed my October TECEP test, and got an 100 on my mid-term that I took in Oct.
One more thing - November is National Novel Writing Month where we are challenged to write a 50,000 word book in a month. I'm about ready to take the challenge- but I'm not signing up officially. With college drawing to a close, I think I need to focus my attention on finishing strong. I may do it myself just for the fun of it. We'll see how that goes! Good dreams to you!
